LET THEM BE

Hey, I’m Tanai, a 21-year-old multidisciplinary artist who tells stories through music, poetry, and performance. I write original scripts and monologues, including No Means Yes, which has been brought to the stage.

While I often work with comedy, I wanted to explore a new creative avenue for the Tap Out Festival. My latest project, Let Them Be, is a mixed-media film that blends archival footage, poetry, and immersive sound to explore love, identity, and protest. Creating this piece has been incredibly special and i’m excited to share it with you all!
